Our Return Policy
Our money back guarantee means you can return your artwork within 7 days for a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days. Once we have received the piece in the same condition and packaging or equivalent it was delivered to you in, (always insure the artwork against loss or damages) we will refund the full amount less P&P back to the card in which you paid on.
P&P is not refundable and return postage (must be trackable fully insured) is customers responsibility unless item was received damaged, if this is the case – do not accept delivery if the damage is obvious or contact us immediately so we can implicate a collection via the carrier.
